DealOrbit is a voucher portal with a focus on Mode & Accessoires, Beauty & Gesundheit, Elektronik & Technik. We inform our users about current vouchers and deals. The following guidelines describe how we select, review and publish content.
Authenticity and integrity
We list only genuine, approved vouchers and deals. No invented codes or fictional offers. Every offer has a defined validity period.
Timeliness and review
We review offers regularly – both automatically and editorially. Expired offers are removed promptly and not left online. We aim for high timeliness.
Quality and user experience
Our focus is on the best possible user experience. We avoid pseudo-offers – for example "Free shipping" as a standard offer when it is the norm.
Feedback and reports
Users can report errors and incorrect offers. For valid reports we deactivate offers as quickly as possible, manually.
Shop radar and voucher score
Shops and vouchers are assessed using probabilities and scores. Filtering and sorting are based on these ratings. We continuously optimise the algorithms. The scores reflect probabilities and do not offer an absolute guarantee.
Transparency
We communicate clearly that ratings and scores reflect probabilities. We do not give unconditional assurances such as "always" or "guaranteed", but phrase carefully (e.g. "we aim to", "as a rule", "as quickly as possible").
